Returns + Repairs
Please be careful to note the details of the item you are purchasing before going ahead. This includes the size of the piece and keeping the information on my sizing page in mind.
All made to order and bespoke items, sale items and items purchased in conjunction with a gift voucher or discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Ready to Ship items may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition it left in.
Repairs and replacements due to damage will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Jewellery that has damage due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced free of charge within a 7 days of receiving your item, after this period any repairs will incur a fee.
If there is evidence of damage due to mistreatment of the jewellery there will be a fee to repair or replace. This includes evidence of a drop, knock or tug; chipped, cracked or broken gemstones; chains with evidence of a tug/being caught; general wear and tear including oxidized metal, worn down or bent sleepers, worn/scratched plating and bent out of shape items. Jewellery is precious and often fragile, it needs to be treated as such and cared for correctly, please read the care instructions carefully to ensure this.
Please note that exact replacements of one of a kind jewellery are not be possible. I will aim to provide you with an alternative you are just as happy with.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning.
