Returns + Repairs

 

Please be careful to note the details of the item you are purchasing before going ahead as returns are not accepted due to a change of mind. This includes the size of the piece and keeping the information on my sizing page in mind.

I will approach repairs and replacements due to damage on a case by case basis.

Jewellery that has damage due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced free of charge within a 3 month period, after this period it will incur a fee.

If there is evidence of damage due to mistreatment of the jewellery there will be a fee to repair or replace. This includes evidence of a drop or knock; chipped, cracked or broken gemstone; general wear and tear including oxidized metal, worn down or bent sleepers, worn plating and bent out of shape items. Jewellery is precious and often fragile, it needs to be treated as such and cared for correctly, please read the care instructions carefully to ensure this.

Please note that a lot of my jewellery is one of a kind so some replacements may not be possible. In this case, I will aim to provide you with an alternative you are just as happy with.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning.
