PRODUCTION TIME

All work labelled ‘Ready to ship’ will be shipped within 1-7 days of purchase.

Items in the ‘Home/Whare’ section can take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Other works are made to order, see below for time frames.

• Please allow up to 6 weeks for silver and solid gold to be completed.

• Please allow up to 8 weeks for gold plated orders to be completed, as this this service is outsourced.

DELIVERY

New Zealand based orders will be sent by NZ courier post and can take 1-3 working days to arrive.

International shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.

(Public holidays may affect shipping times)

Once packages are in transit I am no longer responsible.

For International purchases I am not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.

I declare all international purchases as low cost gifts and accessories, this helps minimise potential theft.
